Description

The AR Associate for RCM Department is a vital role in the US Healthcare system. This individual will have an understanding of both denials and aging management within the AR aspects of healthcare. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within this role, and be located in either Ahmedabad or Vadodara. They will have a strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management process, and be comfortable working with denials and aging. In addition, they will have strong analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary. This role will involve careful management and tracking of denials, and will require a high level of attention to detail. A strong candidate will be able to effectively communicate with both patients and healthcare providers, and will be adept at managing relationships on both ends. This is a full-time position.

Requirements
